Taking a Walk in Someone Else’s Shoes

September 8 @ 10:00 am - September 26 @ 12:00 pm

Saturday September 26, 2020, 10 am – 12 pm @ Rotary Community Shop, 177 Charles Street, Beauty Point.

The Rotary Community Shop is putting together a shoe fundraiser and we would like YOU to donate a pair of shoes, boots or other footwear.

We would also invite you to ask famous or infamous Tasmanians to donate a pair of shoes.

We all have some interesting shoes and boots in our cupboards that are just waiting for a special occasion.

WELL, THIS IS IT!!!

We are asking you for one pair of fabulous shoes. If you’re game, tag them with your name to help promote the event.

We need your men’s, women’s & children’s boots, sandals, blunnies, – all clean and ready to wear with pride.

Our aim is to have 200 pairs of shoes for sale and to raise $1000!

Supporting: The Kenyan Gilgil Orphanage Appeal for winter shoes for the Kenyan children in their care AND training life-changing Guide Dogs, Therapy Dogs & Companion Dogs here in Tasmania.

Please drop donations to the Rotary Community Shop at 177 Charles Street, Beauty Point or Eaglecrest Technologies, 41-43 Cameron Street Launceston or contact Vanessa on 0499 878 709.
