The three days of the Recreation Day Holiday Weekend (5th to 7th November) will see engines in steam, free train rides, old-time farm machinery displays (including baling demonstrations when possible) all backed up by Country-style catering and local charitable stalls in the engine sheds.
The local Blacksmith will also be in residence, showing the skills from the forge.
New displays are open showing the activities and legal status of Women on the Land, and a collection of Horse-drawn farming equipment from the Lilydale and Meander Areas.
Vintage tractor driving experiences will be available.
On Saturday evening, at least one steam traction road engine will run from the museum to the Westbury Hotel and back.
Gates open at 9am each day.
