Saturday Morning Lifestyle – Whitsunday Travel & Food with Fiona

We have a double header for the web this time!  Host David Wood catches up with Jane to talk about travel to the exotic Whitsunday islands.  Jane talks about some tremendous travel deals in the wake of cyclones that affected the area recently!  Airlie beach is a popular gateway to the Whitsundays and is super vibrant town, well worth a visit! Their are many islands and resorts that cater for all tastes and budgets.

Fiona and Dave chat about fueling our brains with food! How we digest food is hugely influenced by our mental states, says Fiona! “When upset or stressed we struggle to absorb all the nutrients from our food!”  Fiona says we should try to remain mindful of our emotions and food choices and avoid eating when upset.

Get the full details of both interviews below! Perhaps a food safari on the Whitsundays?
